Kinnan Illuminates with Circuits

Kinnan has spent most of second quarter talking about energy and circuits. The students learned that energy comes in many forms. We have transferred electrical energy into light, heat, and sound energy using all sorts of mediums. Fifth & fourth grade made their own circuits using foil, clips, a tealight and a battery. While K-3 were experimenting with different conductors and insulators to conduct electricity as well as showing how to transfer energy from a battery to a light or even a speaker with a music box. These kids are so smart!!!!
